Even if a theory encourages the continuous connection of designers and users throughout the design lifecycle for agile adaptation of requirements to the new experiences of users by intersecting them with various versions of the prototype, the rigid budget and time allocated to the design project require novel approaches to clarify the right vectors of product-evolution from the very early design stages of the project lifecycle-allowing agile approaches to fine-tune the set of requirements. This requires a lean co-creative analysis of requirements with all stakeholders involved.
Finally, we discuss the aspects and lessons learned of development of project and deploy of a new model for systems development on a real-word project.Ī particular characteristic of disruptive products is in reengineering advanced technologies for addressing the needs of low-end consumers and/or non-consumers, to transform them into new consumers. In order to address theses problems, we propose the Blueprint model, a Kanban and Scrum based model that supports the development of GSD systems, the allocation of tasks and teams, and the efficient communication.

Besides, the teams have a different set of skills regarding design, quality assurance, and software engineering. The development team must cooperate with the overseas team, even though there are no overlapping working hours between both teams. This work discuss these issues in the context of Sidia, an R&D institute which implements technological solutions for global companies. In recent decades, the challenge of managing the development teams spread across different time zones has become increasingly common, raising the importance of the development of Global Software Development (GSD) techniques, in order to tackle its particular problems. In addition, our approach helps to reduce the time and cost of developing software. Ensuring consistency of design is highly essential to developing quality software and solves a significant design issue for practitioners. The paper also highlights the limitations which create room for further research. A survey has also been conducted using Google Forms to facilitate our proposed framework. will enhance the quality and development time of the software. Proposed solution: In this paper, we are offering a framework named in which we have combined the different Agile frameworks and traditional methodologies to address the issues of change management, risk management, and all those issues related to Lean Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall stands alone. Problem Statement: to overcome the challenges of change management, risk management, and high failure rate in software projects we need to develop a hybrid framework using the strong points of scrum, Kanban and waterfall methodologies. Currently, there are various software development methodologies including agile methodologies and traditional methodologies, these methodologies cannot solve the problems of change management, and risk management and it leads to a higher failure rate of software projects. We need to have mature and defined standards to measure them. Such advancements are directly proportional to their optimization in terms of cost, efficiency, reliability, risk management, customer satisfaction, and scalability. The IT industry has been on a sharp rise and various innovations are being made daily. The proposed result for blind people to have a proper education is to optimize the learning process, through a prototype application, for each user or student where they can adapt in their studies, in addition to having blind people to make appropriate decisions in education, in the same way enhance the skills that these people have in education with a prototype of help for blind people designed in a prototype mobile application in Peru.
In the application, a validation of the existing or new user's data was performed, where the user accesses the courses, he/she takes, so that he/she can choose a class by voice message, choosing to have a videoconference with a teacher. The prototype is represented by 4 sprints, the first of user validation, the second of user registration, the third of classes or courses and the last of videoconferencing. Its objective is to design Prototypes of mobile application oriented to educational aid for blind people in Peru so that they have a decent and adequate education.
The prototype was made with the Scrum methodology and the prototype design tool called Balsamiq was used. The article focuses on the orientation of educational aids for blind people.
